In 1972, the German based brand took off as a motorsports sponsor for the first time. Since then more than 150 of the world’s best drivers have taken the wheel on behalf of Jägermeister’s racing team. The name “Jägermeister” runs like a bright orange thread through the annals of German and international motorsports. From Formula 1 to the German Touring Car Championship.

The Whale Tail Project’s 8th edition is an homage to the Jägermeister racing legacy.
Based on a 3.0 Turbo tail similar to the mythic Porsche 934, one of the greatest race cars in the 1970s and 1980s, and irrespective of whether the car won a race or not, it was usually the crowd’s favorite.
